What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“This off season I have been in the gym every single day as well as doing footwork and running routes at least 2 or 3 times a week and playing with Team Full Gorilla.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I’ve improved the most on my man-to-man coverage and just being on the hip a lot more.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel as a team, Pine Creek is always slept on. [For instance] last season we made final four when no one saw us even making playoffs. I think we will do well and make it far in the season.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Definitely Valor.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“There are going to be many tough individuals, but I think a couple big ones are going to be Emmanuel Faavae and Bebe Hills.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“[I've been doing] three to four lifts a week, three skills practices a week, along with a couple of basketball practices.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Speed and strength, I have been in the weight room a lot. I have also worked on pass rush moves and other skills related to D-Line.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Good, we have great offensive talent, with players like Gage Brook, Ethan Thomason, Zane Feltz, Owen Wentz, and Nate Eliason. We also have the potential to be a great defensive team also.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Fairview always has a well-rounded team. This year they will have extra strength on offense with their skilled and experienced quarterback.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I have to go with Fairview again on this one. Their young four-star quarterback, Bekkem Kritza, is a challenge for the defense and was fun to chase out of the pocket last year.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“In the off season I have mainly been working on my strength and agility along with watching film to improve my thought process on the field.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I think the biggest thing I have improved on is confidence on the field.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think my team will have a winning record and make it to the second round of playoffs.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Every year the toughest competition tends to be Valor although we also play Legend so [it’s] between those two.”

“This is a hard question to answer based on the number of teams and players we will face but I do think if Gabe Sawchuck is anything like his brother he will be a tough opponent.”
