What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been working hard in the weight room and on the field to get bigger, faster, and stronger.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel that I have most improved my football IQ and lower body strength.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I believe that we will do well next season. We are returning a lot of key players next year. We play the top teams in the state again this year which will be a good test for our team.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The toughest competition on our schedule will be Cherry Creek. They are a really good team and they are returning a lot of key players. It will be a good challenge for us early in the year.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“The toughest individual we will play against will be Hayden Treter, Offensive Line Cherry Creek. Hayden is a great player who is heavily recruited for a reason. He is a beast on the field and I can’t wait to compete with him again.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“As of the offseason so far I have been lifting weights every day and on every Tuesday and Thursday I work on footwork.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“The most I have improved on is footwork.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“My team will do good. We have very talented kids on our team.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The toughest competition will definitely be Ralston Valley as our varsity has lost to them many years in a row.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Toughest player we will go against definitely will be Logan Madden, he is a very accurate passer.”

“Coach Riley, and football work and positional drills with my mom.”
What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“My strength and speed, and although it’s only a little bit of progress, I got better at pass coverage.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I feel we will do well. I have faith.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“As a team we have been having football and strength and speed training in the mornings, individually I have been doing strength training separately.”
What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“I have improved my speed and strength significantly but I have grown into the leadership role with the seniors from last year leaving.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I am very confident about Ralston Valley this year and we are already a lot more sound/prepared now than we were at the same time last summer.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Taking on Valor will be a challenge because it will be a game full of emotion because of our semi final loss to them last year.”

“I believe one of the toughest individuals we will play against this year is Anthony Medina from Regis, he was out when we played them last year but from game planning I know his talents.”
