How did the high school football season go overall?
“Vista Ridge High School went 8-4 making it to the second round of playoffs.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I am the starting QB for Vista Ridge HS this year due to four-star QB Brayden Dorman going to Arizona, so I try to throw at least four times a week with my teammates building our relationships and timing. As far as working out, I am blessed to have an Olympic lifting home gym and a gym a quarter mile away for isolations. This along with school lifting sessions is only going to make me a better overall QB. Additionally, I have multiple position specific coaches that I see every week or every other week depending on the weather.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I honestly believe that we have the talent to compete with the best. That being said, Vista Ridge will make a run for state this year.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Legend has always been a hard school for Vista Ridge. They have a lot of talent on the defense. However, I believe that Pine Creek will be our hardest game this year.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Offense- Ramon Pacheco, I’ve known him for a while and his work ethic and dedication to the sport is why he’s such a big threat for me. Defense- Mason Miller, because he is a big running back.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“My season went well, finished the season 9-1 and made it to the quarterfinals. We had a great group of seniors at Columbine that led the way. Personally, I finished with All State honors, MVP and Defensive MVP of the Jeffco league.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“During this offseason I am lifting 5 days, mainly focusing on my bench and clean. I am trying to get my clean up to 350 and my bench to 365. I am also doing various sprint workouts with my coaches outside of school.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“My football team is going to be stacked next season! We have a great group of upcoming Seniors and Juniors that can ball out for sure.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Our toughest competition is Ralston Valley. They have elite athletes and an intelligent coaching staff, so we always have our work cut out for us when we play them.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“The toughest player we will face is AJ Guida, linebacker from Mullen. He’s a beast in the trenches and can cover sideline to sideline.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Speed with Joe Parker and off season wrestling.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I have gained about 30 lbs and gotten faster.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we will do great because we will be stronger both mentally and physically.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Regis and Pine Creek will be the toughest competition.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I’m not sure of anyone specifically but everyone will be good.”

“The season overall was learning from mistakes and getting better!”

“Working on my hands, deep passes, catches, also getting my name out there.”

“I feel like my team would definitely be on a 5x win streak.”

“A competitive team in our schedule would be The Classical Academy.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been in the weight room [doing] heavy lifting and working and my hips and feet.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“My speed and strong hands have improved a lot from last season.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel my team will [be] great, during this [off] season we’ve been working since January of 2023 as a team to get better every day.”

“Ralston Valley will be the toughest competition on our schedule.”
