How did/is everything going football wise as of late?
“I feel like football went pretty good this season. My team faced adversity with injuries and a new system, but we persevered and had a good, fun season.”
What do you feel your team can continue to improve on going forward?
“Last year was a new year with a new staff, now with a full year under our belts on offense and defense we can improve on having a better understanding of assignments and playing faster.”
Have you been pleased with your performances?
“This year I was pleased with my performances, my run game was greatly improved, with 457 rushing yards and 7 rushing TDs, and I showed we can still pass the ball with another 2,000 yard passing season. Next year however, I do want to get my passing TD numbers back up.”
How do you feel about the play of your team?
“I was proud of my team this year. Like I said we battled through adversity all year. We lost two of our best players early in the season, but still battled and continued to be scrappy and give every team a fight. At North, it’s one big family on the football team, and I was proud of the way we always played for each other.”
What are your sporting goals going forward as of now?
“My sports goals as of now are to continue working on football and getting the team together early so we are prepared for next season, but I also have baseball coming up, so I’m looking forward to that as well.”
