How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“The season went well. It’s not where I personally wanted to be, but the team has accomplished a lot and was very successful.”
Have you been pleased with how you have played this season?
“I feel I played acceptable for my team, in a way. I personally wanted to help the team more and become a better player for them. But due to injury, I was limited in what I could do on the field.”
How do you feel your team has played?
“The team played well this season! We wanted to get better each day, WIN, and make history! Not the way we wanted it to end but we still showed a lot of heart.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“On offense I feel we could’ve done a better job moving the ball and expanding it out to other spots of the field. But as a team, we need to believe that we can win the big games.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“Our key to being a successful team is to get 1% better on and off the field. We did it for each other.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“For months and during the season I was stuck on the fence of debating playing college football. I prayed to God for weeks about it… towards the end of the season, I realized this may be my last game ever. God blessed me with a passion for football and I feel called to still play at the next level. I would love to play for a Christian school, so I share the same faith and values of others around me.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Loras, Luther, Concordia have been the schools reaching out to me the most when it comes to recruiting.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Loras and Luther have been recruiting me the hardest, I see them both as great fits for school and football.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“Unfortunately, I have not had the time and schedule to make any trips or go on any visits to any schools.”
Do you have plans for game day trips?
“I did plan to go on an official game day visit out in Concordia, but was not able to make the visit due to commitment to Castleview Football.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up I have always been a CU Buffs fan! I was always a big fan of them because my father went through medical school.”
