What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been lifting every day to prepare my body for the upcoming season along with checking out some camps to get exposed.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I’ve improved on everything and it’s great to be a part of my own journey. My lifts have gone up by 50+ pounds in nearly every category and I’m more athletic as well.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I’m excited for this team, as we’re really becoming a family. CV football is really changing and it’s so surreal to be a part of it. I know we’ll be better and more exciting to watch than we were last year.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Mountain Vista. They’re such a good squad with great culture, but we know they’re beatable.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Austyn Modrzewski, he’s a beast dude.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I’m really looking at football, but lacrosse is a great option too. I love both sports and I’d love an opportunity for either.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“So far I’ve gotten visits from Black Hills State, CSU Pueblo, and Northern Colorado so far. I’ve had some discussions with other RMAC schools as well, however outside of school.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I’d say Black Hills for now, but that’s going to change as recruiting goes on, it’s still so early for 25s.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve made one out to School of Mines, but I’ve got 4 trips scheduled right now for the summer. Western is the main one I’m looking forward to, but I’m so excited to see what the future holds.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“See above.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“See above.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Yeah, mainly Colorado up in Boulder. I love the town and the campus, there’s really nothing better than CU.”
